TheBroker.ca Ltd. opened its doors in the early summer of 2023. From the start, we were committed to understanding and responding to the evolving mortgage market in Ontario. We experienced the roller coaster of interest rates and housing prices; and lending regulations tightening. Yet, we remained steadfast in our commitment to helping our clients navigate these changes.
Building Relationships and Expanding Networks
Our journey in 2023 was marked by expanding relationships with new lenders and active participation in networking and industry events. These initiatives have not only broadened our reach but also enriched our understanding of the mortgage landscape.
Embracing Technological Advancements
We made significant strides in expanding the technological tools we use. Today, a large portion of the approval process is done virtually, enabling our clients to complete most of the required tasks from the comfort of their homes. This digital shift has enhanced our efficiency and improved our client engagement.
Enhancing Industry Knowledge
In 2023, we also focused on enhancing our industry knowledge. We completed additional education that benefits both us as industry stakeholders and the consumer by fostering a more transparent borrowing process.
Decades of Experience
While TheBroker.ca Ltd. may be a young company, there are decades of management experience behind us. Our CEO and Principal Broker, Sash Trajkovski, has been involved in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 20 years.
