Thank you for coming to our site. This brief explanation will assist you in navigating our site, and help you get familiar with the content we cover. As our name states, we are a brokerage, specifically a mortgage brokerage that arranges mortgages in Ontario.

The main topic that we cover is obviously mortgages, and related products. Our goal is to make it easy for consumers to find the information they need, when they need it, especially if  they need to get mortgage right away or at some point in the future. Our information is accessible to everyone, regardless of whether they are getting their mortgage from us or from another source.

The home page has most of the links to various topics. As we are adding more content on a regular basis, we might not be able to place links on the home page for everything. That’s why we have included the search option to help you find the topic of your interest. If there is something related to mortgages that you might be interested in, but you can’t find it on our site, please reach out to us, and we will include it on our site.

Starting from the top of each page, you will find the same easy navigation layout. This includes the home page, and all other pages that provide information on different aspects of mortgages.

Our logo: Clicking on it will bring you to the Home Page, which is the starting page on our site

  • The main bar: Right next to the logo is the main bar that lists the starting links to our content
  • Image of a CALCULATOR: Right next to the main bar, we have a mortgage payment calculator, to make it easy to get an idea of how much you can expect to pay for certain amount of mortgage based on the rate available.
  • APPLY HERE: Right next to the calculator image. Clicking on the link brings you the mortgage application. We use a secure portal, to protect your personal information. Once started, you don’t have to complete the whole application at once. It saves your progress, and you can come back to it later.
  • Search bubble: Placed in the upper right corner, for easy access, when you are in a hurry to find something and don’t have the time to browse.

Home Page Navigation

Below the top bar we start with the interest rate section. Here we cover the featured mortgage rates that we offer. The first rate is the INSURED rate used when buying with less than 20% down payment, followed by the UNINSURED rate for purchases with down payment of over 20% or for refinances. The last rate displayed is for mortgages on rental properties. Below that there is a link to all prime rates, and the required disclosures.

The next sections covers the services we offer, the different types of mortgages available and the credit types that we work with.

Just below that you will see our blog section, with the latest three blog posts. If you need full access to our blog, scroll up to the top of page, and right in the main bar, you will find a link to the Blog section that has all our articles. Bookmark this blog page on your computer, as we constantly add more quality material.

Bottom of the page

Near the bottom of the page, you will find additional links with mortgage related information. This area also includes our Brokerage information with our license numbers, as well as a contact form, to make it easy for you to contact us.
